Strand Nurses Bureau, part of the Advantage Healthcare Group are currently working with prestigious Care Homes throughout West Essex/East London. As the demand for our quality agency workers increase we are actively seeking to expand our database of highly skilled and professional care staff.

If you have a minimum of twelve months experience as a Health Care Assistant and can demonstrate a dynamic, proactive and person centred approach to your duties then we have clients waiting to meet you.

Ideal candidates will have experience of supporting Service Users suffering with a varied range conditions including dementia, mental illness, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and will be able to evidence previous experience of caring for the elderly.

With exciting opportunities arising in both nursing and residential home settings in and around the Ilford and Romford areas and we are keen to interview Support Workers/HCAs who possess:-

A hands-on approach

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

An engaging personality and the ability to build tryst and rapport

Excellent communication and record keeping skills

Willingness and ability to travel to RM and IG postal codes (Romford and Ilford)

These are temporary positions with shift patterns offered being varied and in line with our clients needs they may be weekday, weekend day or night shifts so we are keen to hear from candidates who can offer flexibility in their availability!
